一、檢查空壓機(jī)的冷卻器，如果是風(fēng)冷方式的冷卻器，就檢查灰塵是否過多了，過多容易導(dǎo)致通風(fēng)不良，使空壓機(jī)設(shè)備達(dá)不到足夠的散熱，容易出現(xiàn)高溫的情況；水冷的冷卻器就檢查有沒有過多水垢產(chǎn)生了堵塞，帶不走油點(diǎn)溫度，達(dá)不到散熱效果。

二、檢查空壓機(jī)機(jī)油、油位是否已經(jīng)少于機(jī)油窺視鏡最低限度。機(jī)油過少的情況下，空壓機(jī)在整個(gè)運(yùn)行過程中是得不到足夠的冷卻和潤滑作用的。

三、要做好溫控閥的檢查，溫控閥它好比一個(gè)四通閥，在溫度低的時(shí)候機(jī)油循環(huán)是從油分離器直接通到主機(jī)頭里潤滑散熱，當(dāng)機(jī)油循環(huán)中溫度一般達(dá)到80-88度左右的時(shí)候溫控閥會(huì)漸漸打開讓油分離器的機(jī)油通過冷卻器冷卻后再送到主機(jī)里達(dá)到冷卻循環(huán)的作用。

3、 To check the temperature control valve, the temperature control valve is like a four-way valve. When the temperature is low, the oil circulation is directly from the oil separator to the main engine head for lubrication and heat dissipation. 四、要檢查斷油閥和油過濾，油過濾堵塞會(huì)導(dǎo)致主機(jī)頭進(jìn)油量過少，一般油過濾是周期性的必須更換。而斷油閥沒有完全打開也會(huì)導(dǎo)致進(jìn)油量過少都會(huì)讓主機(jī)頭逐漸升溫，直到報(bào)警停機(jī)為止。
